Lusty Glaze Beach is a hive of activity not just in the summer months but throughout the entire year. Get down to Lusty and take part in one of a selection of extreme sports on offer at the Adventure Centre, hang out whist watching the thrilling Fat Face night surf, or sign up for a course in water safety or beach lifeguarding. At the end of the summer Lusty Glaze also hosts the Beach Rugby Tournament event – an event that has in recent years seen members of the English team taking part.
Aside from all the activities the beach itself sits nestled in amongst the cliffs between Tolcarne Beach and Porth. There is access on foot via steps only with a large car park at the top. The beach is a fine spot for surfing and will normally pick up a little more swell than the main Newquay town beaches.
